AGILE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Personal and team development is a core value for organizations from the first steps of agile transition to the highest level of agile maturity.  Our agile human development programs aim that with training, coaching, team coaching, counseling, and complex programs. We believe that personal, team or organizational goals are worth to be addressed with a holistic, systemic approach. Our programs are based on the context – the needs, goals and the whole situation – of the client. We use several development tools in an integrative manner.

We work with them on an agile way in close interaction. The scope of the project is unfolding in an iterative process of planning, training development, delivery, and reflection.

Human development is a shared process with the client in almost every step.  We set the goals together. The trainer develops the training program, the coach prepares for the coaching. But learning again requires the effort of the client. Retrospectives involve the feedbacks from clients as well.

Complex programs

The programs are tailored to the organization’s development needs, together with the leaders and the prospective participants. These programs may include

Individual coaching

Individual coaching is more than a one-on-one conversation. In fact, it is a partnership with the leader which can take various shapes. It’s essence is a creative, thought-provoking process. It’s goal is to enable the leader to get the most out of themselves from a personal and professional point of view.

Team coaching

Team coaching is built on the team’s collective thinking and their own problem-solving capacity. It’s goal is to develop the team’s capacity to grow their cooperation skills and increase their performance, as well as their capacity to reach the personal and professional results that they pursue. The process is facilitated by the team coach.
