Team / Corporate programs

In an agile transformational process, we place great emphasis not only on developing an agile mindset but also on reflection and development of the participants’ own self-awareness in learning on a personal and a team level. Our purpose is to help them to be able to solve their problems alone and maintain their growing process in the future without our contribution. We work with agile teams and leaders, Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches on a deeper level: on their own patterns, paradigms, feelings, basic needs. In our development programs, we work on Ha and Ri level (Shu Ha Ri model). On the Shu level, the tool guides the process. We help teams to operate on a higher level where the person (team members, the team itself) leads the process – that is the Scrum Masters’, Agile Leaders’, the teams’ own decision.

Our programs do not deal with tools but also with the person (intrapersonal, interpersonal and in between teams processes). We invite those who are committed to their development and are eager to come with us on a transformative journey. To reach such a transformative change we offer both Practitioner (Ha) and Master (Ri) programs in the following formats:

  • Thematic workshops and 1 or 2-day training (see the list of the topics HERE)
  • Longer (6-8-month long) programs that consist of one-day training days for the team and one-on-one coaching sessions for the participants.
  • individual coaching
  • group coaching
  • team coaching
  • executive coaching

Long programs

are tailored to the needs, goals and the whole situation of the team/organization. They are planned together with the team.

The most effective mix  contains in every iteration

  • training
  • team coaching
  • individual coaching
  • reflections & self-reflection (online and offline) on an individual level
  • retrospectives for team level self-reflection
  • sharing lessons learned – with team members and on an organizational level

At the end of the program, participants are asked to share their ideas in a creative way – as they feel inspired. This makes organizational learning much more fun and thought-provoking at the same time.
