Abut Us

AgileHuman is an informal, self-organizing team.

We have projects together, we do research, publish papers, present them at conferences, run workshops and meetups and take part at unconferences. And sometimes the team changes and new projects come.

We love to work with others on various projects. We love to explore potentials in diversity, and the cohesive power of joint values, goals and vision. We are inspired the best by thinking and co-creating together, and by the flow experienced in it.

Our most recent project was AgileHumanCon Unconference at Budapest, 12 September 2020.

Olga Kiss

Olga Kiss

human dveloper, coach

assistant professor at Corvinus University, and work as an executive and a life coach. I have always loved to study different fields in the same time: science and humanities, technology and economic thinking. Through my research and intellectual adventures I became inspired by new ways of thinking of various fields of knowledge. Agile for me is about how to make the most of the change.

We have been working together

since 2013, and agility became the main focus of our cooperation in 2015. Since then we run a project management style similar to dual track agile.

We have a research track – the results are presented on conferences and published in papers. On the delivery track we have trainings, coachings, team coachings and complex programs. And we have a third track – our own personal, professional and team development. All of these tracks are interconnected:

  • the results of research become part of the human development programs and influence our own development as well
  • the questions, problems coming from the delivery track become the challenges of research, and we also learn a lot from the feedbacks
  • our personal and team development gives more and more opportunities to enhance both delivery and research
