Overview

Leadership and self-organized teams seem to be in contradiction. But there is not the case.

Leaders who understand what self-organization is and why to help self-organizing teams to emerge and flourish, help them to be more accountable, responsible and committed. A self-organizing team needs a leadership adequate to the team’s self-organization level.

Course Objectives

The purpose of the course is to enable the participants to develop self-organizing teams. It requires from both sides (leaders and the team) shift in mindset. This course is about understanding this shift and to get practice in supporting the team on its journey.
